Phase 1 of Copcut Rise, Droitwich for William Davis Ltd received Reserved Matters approval on 24 April. This was for 181 houses plus an extra care building. Following a good deal of consultation and presentation, the committee decision was unanimous.
Stephen George & Partners have now secured detailed planning approvals for 724 houses on 8 sites in the last 6 months.
