A new production facility, complete with offices, is now on site.
Situated in Melksham, this project for Herman Miller will have a 150,000 square foot production and storage area, as well as a 20,000 square foot area that will be used for offices.
The design of the production and storage area will be done using the CA Twin-Therm system. The structure of the CAM offices will be designed using cross laminated timber beams and roofing panels with Reglit glazing systems around the first floor.
This isn't the only project Stephen George & Partners are working on in this Wiltshire town - we are also set to deliver a new sports pavilion for the local council.
The Herman Miller project is due for completion at the end of June 2015, and has an approximate contract value of £11 million.
