STEPHEN GEORGE & PARTNERS PLAY A PART IN MAJOR ST MODWEN DEVELOPMENT

As part of the major development by St. Modwen Developments in Long Marston, Stephen George & Partners designed the central hub which includes a 3,500 sqft retail unit, a community centre, 18 apartments, a sports hall with gym/café, a sports pavilion with external sports facilities and a camping site. 

The form of the buildings and the choice of materials were designed to reflect the local traditional buildings, but with a hint of modern character, and all the buildings were completed in July 2014.

The project team included Ian Yallop, Ming Cheung, Nicola Pettman with support from Lee Wong, Clive Watterson and Shitel Nathu.
