We are delighted that DC1 at Prologis Park Dunstable, occupied by Amazon, is, for the second year running shortlisted at the BREEAM Awards.
Designed by Stephen George & Partners and shortlisted in 2015 on the strength of a Design Stage Outstanding rating of 82.2%, DC1 is shortlisted again this year by virtue of a Post Completion Stage Outstanding rating of 92.1%.
In addition to being shortlisted in the Industrial buildings category,
which is decided by a judging panel, there is a further ‘people’s vote’
category which is decided on the basis of votes cast on the BRE
