Stephen George & Partners are the first choice architects for a global industrial developer, with a build-to-suit agreement of a 262 square foot logistics facility in Dartford.
Partnering with Prologis, the new facilitiy will serve as the new headquarters for Europa Worldwide Logistics, one of the largest privately owned transport and logistics companies in the UK.
The new building has been designed to support the company’s road freight operations, and will achieve a minimum BREAAM 2011 ‘very good’ accreditation and the best EPC rating possible for its size.
Work will start on site in early summer 2014, with Europa moving in in Spring 2015.
