The new 131,400 sq. ft. build-to-suit HQ at The Bridge site in Dartford is now well into its fit-out stage which, when complete, will provide consolidated logistics, office and storage space as well as a trade showroom. This will allow the company to consolidate its operations and bring together its three distinctive brands – Crosswater, Simpsons and Bauhaus.
As you can see, we have some interesting forms emerging, particularly the external balcony which will form break-out space from the second floor dining area.
The project is due for completion this June. Watch this space!
